Everything was great! Plus factor was the attention to detail when I note somewhere on my booking details that it's for a wedding anniversary treat and when we got to the room, we have been surprised with wine and cake which both tastes good! Also, I requested for 2 room adjacent to each other and we got an interconnected room which was perfect!

After the Rapid Antigen testing, we were accommodated quickly and were checked into our rooms in a very timely manner. The staff were all very kind, and they assisted us well.

The staff were very accommodating and promptly answered all our questions prior to our check in. We loved the buffets, especially the breakfast and Christmas dinner ones. Our room was on a very quiet floor with a view of the city so that was relaxing too. We would love to stay here again. :)
